🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at zenora.kulture. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and must be requested within [5-6 day] of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at zenora.kulture@gmai.com with order details and proof (images/videos).

Once approved, refunds are processed within [2-3 Days] to your original payment method. In eligible cases, we may offer exchanges instead of refunds. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or fall under non-returnable categories are not eligible. Return shipping costs may be covered by us in case of defective or wrong items.
